UEW Suspends Lectures for Vice Chancellor’s Community Initiative Project Launch
The University of Education, Winneba (UEW), has announced a temporary suspension of lectures on Tuesday, 25th February 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This decision is to allow students and faculty to participate in the official launch of the Vice Chancellor’s Community Initiative Project. The event will take place at the Jophus Anamoah-Mensah Conference Center.
The Vice Chancellor’s Community Initiative Project is expected to be a transformative program aimed at strengthening UEW’s relationship with the surrounding communities while promoting impactful educational and social development projects. This initiative aligns with the university’s mission of fostering academic excellence alongside community engagement.
Students, faculty, and other stakeholders are encouraged to attend the launch and support the Vice Chancellor’s vision for community-driven development. The suspension of lectures during this period reflects UEW’s commitment to inclusive participation in key university events.
Further details about the initiative, including its objectives and implementation plans, will be unveiled at the launch.
